Tile Re-Lay vs. Full Replacement - Here's the Difference

We pull the tiles off carefully, inspect the decking for any soft or rotted wood, replace what needs replacing, and then install fresh underlayment across the entire surface. Any cracked or broken tiles get swapped out before everything goes back on. What you end up with is essentially a rebuilt roof system - without the cost of all-new tile.

New underlayment is laid down clean and tight before the tiles are set back in place, row by row. The finished product looks like a brand new tile roof from the ground up, because structurally, it largely is.
